4. Tap into our network of tax advisors, lawyers, accountants and other professionals to maximise project profitability.

Our investment criteria:

• Geography: Greater London and Home Counties
• Segment: Mainstream, below £650 per sqft. in resale values
• Equity requirements of  £300,000-£3,500,000
• With or without planning permission
• We provide up to 90% of the equity required
• Project cycle: 9-24 months
