Our investment criteria:
- Geography: Greater London and Home Counties
- Segment: Mainstream, below £650 per sqft. in resale values
- Equity requirements of £250,000-£3,500,000
- With or without planning permission
- We provide up to 90% of the equity required
- Project cycle: 9-24 months
